NEBRASKA CITY - The Omaha and Kansas City districts of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is hosting a scoping meeting regarding the ongoing Lower Missouri River Basin Flood Risk and Resiliency Study. One of four scoping meetings is scheduled at the Morton-James Public Library in Nebraska City from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Spin-off studies are planned for Holt County, Brunswick and Jefferson City in Missouri. The Missouri Department of Natural Resources will host a meeting at Jefferson City on July 19.
