(Courtesy of Mizzou Athletics) COLUMBIA — The Missouri Tigers used balanced scoring Sunday afternoon to post a 62-50 victory against the Southeast Missouri Redhawks in women's basketball action at Mizzou Arena.Four Tigers scored in double figures in the victory.Hayley Frank led with 13 points, while Lauren Hansen had a 6-of-6 performance at the free-throw line on her way to scoring 12 points.
