(KMIZ) Police arrested a Jefferson City man Wednesday, saying he was "visibly intoxicated" after a crash on Missouri Boulevard. The Jefferson City Police Department said in a news release that 34-year-old Zachary Dominguez, driving a Mazda 3, had attempted to change lanes when he struck the rear of a Chevy Traverse in the 2200 block.
